She will set you up on a schedule and routine that will meet all your needs and desires, carefully tailored to your physical abilities and limitations. If you are looking for a respite from all the stress in your life, Palm Aire has just the relief for you. The Joy of Yoga offers two sessions each week on Monday and Thursday, 2:30-4:00 PM in the main Clubhouse.  The class is designed as a gentle yoga practice, with modifications to each pose to accommodate varying degrees of body types, flexibility, balance, strength and experience.
